Member Interview- Linda Rudd

-What brought you to Crossfit Ellis in the first place?

Destinee recommended it after we had decided to discontinue out workouts in Dallas.  I was disappointed that I just got into the rhythm of working out again and did not want to quit so I was glad we found Crossfit and it was in our own community!

-What’s your favorite Crossfit Ellis memory so far?

Most recently was the Open Workout where I just was a spectator and felt the energy in the building with what I call “family were cheering and supporting our fellow athletes”   I love the people of our Crossfit family and seeing the transformations not just in physical form but confidence in each one of them!

-What do you say to yourself before each workout?

I need to push myself today!

-What would you tell the person you were before you started?

How proud I am of her and her determination to be a better form of herself!
